The Music Matters team in Atlanta is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager is a full-time, onsite role and will be an integral part of the daily operations of the organization. 


Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

•Answering office phone and directing calls appropriately

•Fielding initial new business calls and answering questions and inquiries as able

•Managing all day-to-day invoicing. This includes all accounts payable, accounts receivable, communication with contractors and vendors about payment, and creating payment schedules for clients post-event.

•Managing and coding credit card and bank charges weekly, tracking down receipts and invoice numbers for charges

•Communicating with the sales team about their shows, their clients, and facilitating payment on invoices. 

•Assisting the Owner, Director of Marketing, and Logistics Manager as needed

•Greeting and assisting all visitors who come to the office 

•Keeping the office well stocked with coffee and mints
