We are looking for a hyper-organized, team oriented, logistics all-star to lead our new Salt Lake City warehouse.

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate set up of new production warehouse located in Salt Lake City, Utah
• Oversee day-to-day operations a busy warehouse/office
• Plan logistics of gear movements and trucking 
• Plan and oversee labor and staffing for warehouse, transportation, and event production
• Maintain warehouse and oversee fleet maintenance
• Help maintain legal compliance throughout the organization
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Oversee budget and planning
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations locally and regionally
• Support worker communication with the management team

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Live Event Production knowledge 
• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
