We’re Hiring! Salt Lake City Operations Manager

We are looking for a hyper-organized, team oriented, logistics all-star to lead our new Salt Lake City warehouse.

In this role, you will:

Facilitate set up of new production warehouse located in Salt Lake City, Utah
Oversee day-to-day operations a busy warehouse/office
Plan logistics of gear movements and trucking
Plan and oversee labor and staffing for warehouse, transportation, and event production
Maintain warehouse and oversee fleet maintenance
Help maintain legal compliance throughout the organization
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Oversee budget and planning
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations locally and regionally
Support worker communication with the management team

We want to hear from you if you have:

Live Event Production knowledge
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
